Service: 90-minute session combining a 45-minute sound bath with 45 minutes of yoga, Pilates, barre or a fusion class. Wheter you want sweaty and heart pumping or restorative and cozy, I will curate a class just for you and your girls. We can go over what will best suit your bach theme and itinerary. We will begin with the mat class and finish with the sound bath some breathwork and meditation sprinkled in along the way. Rate is for up to 10 guests.
